The workshop will be mainly practical with bare minimum concepts in the beginning of each session, where participants will learn how to disassemble and reassemble the major components of compound microscopes, how they operate, including illumination and light detectors used in microscopy, non diffraction-limited imaging, clearing and expansion microscopy, photomanipulation among other topics.
