We are the result of the merger between two giants of science in Portugal \u2013 iMM and IGC \u2013 and we aim to remain at the forefront of innovation, on the Verge of Discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Oversee financial auditing processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Manage and lead a team of accounting professionals, ensuring effective workflow and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and tax declarations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting in compliance with local accounting standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7Digitalize accounting processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency using the latest available technology.
