Este apoio \u00e9 direcionado ao trabalho de Ana Magalh\u00e3es, investigadora do GIMM no laborat\u00f3rio de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o translacional Advanced Breast Cancer Lab.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte desta parceria, est\u00e3o previstas diversas iniciativas que aproximam a Ci\u00eancia da sociedade civil. Em outubro, foi realizada pela Ana Magalh\u00e3es uma palestra de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o para os colaboradores do Grupo Cr\u00e9dito Agr\u00edcola, destacando a import\u00e2ncia da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica no combate \u00e0 doen\u00e7a e que teve uma aflu\u00eancia e participa\u00e7\u00e3o consider\u00e1veis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em novembro, foi conduzida uma a\u00e7\u00e3o diferente: durante tr\u00eas dias, uma equipa do Biobanco-GIMM esteve nos escrit\u00f3rios da CA Vida para recolher amostras de sangue. A iniciativa contou com a ades\u00e3o de 86 colaboradores, que encontraram aqui uma oportunidade de apoiar a Ci\u00eancia de forma muito concreta. Estas 86 colheitas traduziram-se em 344 amostras de plasma, 344 amostras de soro e 86 DNAs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com dura\u00e7\u00e3o prevista de um ano, esta parceria promete gerar novas atividades e projetos conjuntos, refor\u00e7ando o papel da sociedade civil no fomento \u00e0 investiga\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica.
