{"id":3744,"date":"2025-04-23T09:42:42","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T09:42:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gimm.pt\/news\/biobanco-gimm-agora-somos-um\/"},"modified":"2025-05-02T14:30:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-02T14:30:11","slug":"biobanco-gimm-agora-somos-um","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/gimm.pt\/pt-pt\/not\u00edcias\/biobanco-gimm-agora-somos-um\/","title":{"rendered":"Biobanco GIMM \u2013 Agora somos um"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O GIMM nasceu da fus\u00e3o entre dois institutos de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de refer\u00eancia, o Instituto de Medicina Molecular Jo\u00e3o Lobo Antunes (iMM) e o Instituto Gulbenkian de Ci\u00eancia (IGC).<\/p>\n\n<p>Esta uni\u00e3o fortalece a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s da integra\u00e7\u00e3o de novas compet\u00eancias, equipas e plataformas cient\u00edficas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Como parte desta fus\u00e3o, o <strong>Biobanco-iMM<\/strong> passou a ser <strong>Biobanco-GIMM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>Esta mudan\u00e7a de nome e imagem n\u00e3o altera o nosso prop\u00f3sito. A miss\u00e3o, atividade e empenho do Biobanco mant\u00e9m-se e o GIMM pretende dar-lhes continuidade.<\/p>\n\n<p>Neste \u00e2mbito, o GIMM gostaria de comunicar uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o nos dados de contacto e esclarecer que garantimos que os pacientes e cidad\u00e3os que doaram amostras biol\u00f3gicas poder\u00e3o continuar a exercer os seus direitos, nomeadamente de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, revoga\u00e7\u00e3o de consentimento, acesso, retifica\u00e7\u00e3o, apagamento, limita\u00e7\u00e3o e portabilidade dentro dos limites legais.
