We are pleased to announce a new open call in the context of the Gulbenkian Institute for Molecular Medicine (GIMM)’s Clinical and Translational research branch: CARE.
CARE’s major aim is to facilitate and expedite the early adoption of innovation in healthcare through ideas, technologies, products and services, serving as an independent platform for informed dialogue and collaboration between all stakeholders.
Following the definition of new missions resulting from the first stage of the CARE 2024 call, for this second stage we now invite submissions for funded R&I Flagships responding to those new Missions:
- CARE Mission 4: Boost sepsis recovery with faster diagnosis and personalized medicine.
- CARE Mission 5: Faster diagnosis of a rare genetic disease.
R&I flagship project proposals are expected to assemble a team to develop and implement a specific healthcare solution with measurable outcomes and within a tangible timeframe. Selected R&I Flagship project proposals will be awarded with both significant funding and mentoring.
